СЛАБОСТЬ проекта: ---отсутствие базовых элементов в такой СИСТЕМЕ. (Те кто должен сообщать в кратчайшее время в СИСТЕМУ о том, что "собаки воют", козы и коровы беспокоятся, рыбы выпрыгивают из воды, звери бегут в соседние леса, кошки метаются по квартире и т.д.) не соединены и не входят в такую СИСТЕМУ (по разным причинам) ---Факторы на которые делается СТАВКА, могут быть остаться НЕ замеченными ИНФОРМАТОРАМИ-СТАТИСТАМИ. ---Информаторы-статисты могут не оплатить своё участие в интернет системе и т.д.
